Hdfc Add on card apply

Hello,

Recently got a new hdfc credit card.
I want to apply for add on card to make it LTF.
Applying through netbanking customer ID is asking mandatory.
I only have hdfc bank account in my whole family.
So how can I apply for add on card for non hdfc customer??
What are the documents needed for it??

You have to do it manually through branch then.You have to fill form and provide kyc documents like aadhar and pan. As it is offline, processing can take time but in case of netbanking it is quite fast.

You can visit any branch.
If you have preferred account I would suggest to open savings account for family members and get it linked for family banking.

i'm confused if you have a hdfc account get it linked the cc to your bank account call cc and tell them to link in your cc to your bank a/c

I want to apply add on for my father who does not hold any hdfc relationship.
I only have relationship with hdfc and I am the primary card holder.
My account is already linked with my credit card.
I guess you did not understood my question.

You can visit any branch.
If you have preferred account I would suggest to open savings account for family members and get it linked for family banking.

I dont have preferred account.
I had savings max account and recently I was offered upgrade to classic banking.
Now its been upgraded to Classic.

You get family banking and RM with classic as well so take advantage of it.

If you don't want to go through trouble of offline process, you can open any saving account online instantly for family member and get it linked to family banking by giving customer id to your RM so effectively it will be zero balance account.
By this approach you will get zero balance account as well as add on credit card from the comfort of home.
If you're don't need additional account then manual form submission is the option.

Can we drop the enveloped with documents and applicstion form in HDFC branch dropbox or we need to ourselves courier to chennai?
