HDFC - Adding Digisave account to Classic Banking

I've recently been upgraded to a Classic Banking relationship with HDFC. My sibling has a Digisave Youth account. I wanted to have it linked with mine to bring it under umbrella of Classic, but my RM said Digisave cannot enjoy the perks of classic banking and the only way is to close that account and open a regular savings account. Are there any alternatives?

My digisave account is in our family's classic group. So, it should be possible.
