HDFC Addon card request

Hi Guys,
So, I am trying to raise an Addon card for my Father and Mother through HDFC net banking portal. However, while raising the request, the form is asking for CustID for addon holder. What if my parents don't have an account in HDFC? The form also says addon can only be requested for customers with HDFC account.. is it true or is there any method by which we can bypass giving their custID? Also, my statements wouldn't be shared on their customer ID right..? but their statments would combine with mine and visible to me?

Also, had a query for an addon card, For any transaction done by my dad on his addon card, the OTP will be coming to his number or to mine? Since the addon request form does not have the option to add a mobile number for them but their custID have their respective mobile numbers.

For non hdfc customers you will have to go to nearest hdfc bank branch

Fill the add on form along with documents of the add one member. I gave pan + aadhar + marriage certificate along with two photos for my wife. And it was delivered in 15 days. Unfortunately there is no way to track application (cust service doesn't know anything). Do it thru your RM or branch staff whom u can connect for status. In my case manager was known to me so my case was smoothly handled

If on your wife Aadhar, your name is there then No marriage certificate else they may ask.

Is this the form? Can it be submitted in absence of addon (with the docs)

But I own HDFC TATA NEU CREDIT CARD already

Will I get the add-on card ?

You will have to fill out offline form at your nearest hdfc branch. Ask them for addon credit card form, and you would need to provide adhar card of the person.

Regarding priority pass, i believe it will come automatically. Others pls confirm if anyone have much better idea

If you don't have an account for the add-on, giving it to the branch is more better than sending the courier yourself. They would also help in properly filling the form and correcting any mistakes.

Yes for some they are not asking
For me I had to do V-kyc for add on
And for my brother they did not ask V-kyc

If you don't have an account for the add-on, giving it to the branch is more better than sending the courier yourself. They would also help in properly filling the form and correcting any mistakes.

Depends upon branch and customer service
Filling out form is not any big task
Easy process only
Moreover if you courier it you can speed up the process

I had attach voter id and driving licence only

Yes I didn't fill it thinking it is not necessary. Because there is no tracking mechanism I didn't know it was getting rejected because of this. After sending the same document three more times, I had to raise escalation to PNO. Then I got the reason from her. After again sending correctly, my add on card was approved.

IDK about other bank cards, but I tried getting HDFC Marriot Bonvoy cc and they are offering me but its the floater card. I have 2 other Hdfc cc and they aint increasing the credit limit neither they are providing separate limit on that card.
Anyone faced such thing?

Should we fill the 'Extended KYC Annexure' as well? What do you fill for card number and CKYC ID in that part of the form?
