hdfc another card

Hello Everyone,
I am currently holding hdfc diners card with add on card in name of my sister. Today when I open my swiggy app I saw LTF hdfc swiggy card. now i want to know few things--

1. If I apply this card then will my diners card will be cancelled or both diners card and swiggy card will exist with shared limit. I DO NOT want to close my diners card.
2. Will I also get swiggy add on card by default as i currently have add on card on my diners card.

Your diners club will remain active.
Limit shared .
Add on card will be issued on your request.
Don't close diners club as it is the core card .

Also I do not want to close my diners card, by mistake written 'now' instead of 'not'. Corrected now.
