Hdfc app not working on wifi but working on mobile data

From yesterday I can't login to hdfc mobile app from wifi but able to from mobile data.
I have checked this with other mobile but putting sim sim in it but same issue.
It is showing seems to be in a low network area despite wifi working fine and even standing next to it doesn't solve the problem. Sometimes it also show that something went wrong try again later.
Wifi provider- excitel(delhi)

Anyone facing same issue or is it me only?
If anybody knows what the issue is how to overcome this please reply to this thread

Why your mobile is flight mode?

I suspect your wifi is under a vpn connection, or try to set a google dns server in your router settings. Should be fine.

I had same problem where banking apps were running very slow on AirTel WiFi.

What I found and worked for me was to disable IPv6 in router settings. And now apps work smoothly.

But it happened from yesterday and i have same excitel fibre wifi from nov 2023 and excitel copper wifi from 2019. And this issue never occurred before and there is no change in router setting recently

Was working fine for me as well, then suddenly started giving issues after 1.5 yrs.
