Millenia DC not working on HDFC billpay on mobile app

I have been trying to pay my credit card bills since more than 2 months using billpay on mobile app. All credit cards have been added previously and it was working fine for few months. Mailed HDFC customer care and got the response attached in image. What does it even mean?
