HDFC Bank Charged Debit Card Issuance Charge

Hi Everyone,

Recently I opened HDFC Savemax account and they opened a normal account and gave me easyrewards card. I got charged 590 for it, later on I got Platinum card and they again charged 885 for it. Now, HDFC bank RM told me that it will be reversed. After multiple follow up, he has reversed 500 and saying 750 will be reversed next month. He is saying that I have to bear GST charged. What should I do now?

Today evening only I applied, I called hdfc person who helped me to open account and asked about opening savings max instead, he said you can upgrade after opening, will it work for avoiding debit card fees?
