HDFC Bank Denying Unconditional LTF offer.

I applied for diners privilege credit card when there is NO CONDITION APPLY LTF OFFER going on. But now they are denying about ltf. I tried phone support, email and Twitter support. All are denying. What to do now?

I would also like to know if in case you close the card now, will your score get affected/joining charges reversed?

I didn't charge joining fees yet. (5 statements generated) but they told me that it is prized card.( I closed indian oil hdfc credit card 2year back because it is chargable card that time the score get affected by 4-5 points)

@pjain2712 . I closed indian oil card 2 year back. Then in feb i opened classic saving account. And withing month i got email about ltf cc with ltf offer

Mail at grievance.redressalcc@hdfcbank.com. Attach all proofs related to the LTF offer shown to you during application. Mention the issue you are facing with customer care, etc. in detail.

I did the same and got confirmation when customer care was denying the LTF status regardless of satisfying the spend criteria.

i received this email (hdfc replay to my my complaint) from RBI today but then i called hdfc cc they say card is still priced. Does ltf conversion takes time?
