HDFC bank gave 250Rs voucher instead of 1500. what can i do?

I applied for freedom LTF card in March-April but still had not gotten the vouchers. so, I emailed HDFC bank, and they sent me gift voucher of just 250 Rs. moreover, it’s not even working when I go to the mentioned site and put the access code, I can’t even put the entire code. I last two digits can't be typed in. so I technically didn’t even get a 250 Rs voucher. what do I do now?

Did you use the help of any agent even through call. We get full vouchers only of its online process without any agents help

No I did it by myself. I had gotten a pre approved offer in the mail
Anyways the fact that they actually sent me a gift voucher shows that there was no mistake in my procedure
I just don't understand why they didn't send me 1500rs voucher

Same thing happened to me, even i can use the code I received for 250rs.. keep us posted if you can find a way to resolve it

- You might get the mail from HDFC after your card approved with subject: "Your HDFC Bank Credit Card Application Form", which contains an attachment. In that look for "Bank use section"

Yeah but I got a SMS mentioning the same, maybe I can use that...

And I didn't get any card approved email
I only got a SMS saying my card is approved on April 7

I hope there wasn't any conditions for the voucher...

Apply for lower variant card, get 250, apply for DCB, get 1500... something like this

If you can still see that offer, do check T&C and MITC

You might have got 250 voucher for something else , like achieving some monthly spents.

You will get 1500 voucher also dont worry , you have to wait for 90 working days which is of nearly 120 days , dont worry , HDFC wont cheat customers like this , as all process are automated in HDFC , whoever is eligible they will send vouchers automatically.

This happened with my sister as well , she got 250 initially and 1500 also for online cc application.

You got voucher for card activation. https://www.hdfcbank.com/personal/pay/cards/credit-cards/credit-card-services/new-activation-offers

Contact customer care for 1500 voucher.

Same issue got ₹250 voucher that is also not working

I didn't use that card for any spends other than that 501 Rs Amazon gift card I bought😂😂😂
I have a ltf regalia as well
Actually I have 2 HDFC cc
Both ltf (freedom and regalia)
And both on rupay network 😎😎

1500 (if no agent helped, online process)

250 (card activation doing 1 txn )

1000 upto 3000 (1000 voucher per 30k spends via freedom card within 3 months.
