HDFC bank gave 250Rs voucher instead of 1500. what can i do?

I applied for freedom LTF card in March-April but still had not gotten the vouchers. so, I emailed HDFC bank, and they sent me gift voucher of just 250 Rs. moreover, it’s not even working when I go to the mentioned site and put the access code, I can’t even put the entire code. I last two digits can't be typed in. so I technically didn’t even get a 250 Rs voucher. what do I do now?

Wait for few days, the voucher you have received might be for the first transaction. In a week or two you will receive 1500 as well.

Yes i got another email with another voucher link for 250rs
That link worked I got redeemed 250rs Amazon gift card👍👍

I have also recently got the card. First I received 250 voucher for 1txn and then 1500 voucher after few days

Does it mention anything like Activation or something? If yes then, 250 voucher is for card activation.

1500 voucher will be sent after 90 days and before 120 days.

So wait for few more days they will send the voucher.

If no proper reply form cc then go for Nodel officer & then priciple nodal officer.. Fight will be longer but sure result at the end. Dont go for card closing..
