I am also getting HDFC Biz grow as pre approved offer, but i am being skeptical whether there would be any further card upgrades if I get this card.

is it showing pre-approved offers for your personal account or business account? I wanted this card on my business account if possible, so that I can hold it in addition to Infinia, as I'm not sure if HDFC will allow me to hold 2 credit cards otherwise. Hence, I am asking

I have only personal account at HDFC Bank. Although it did ask me my GSTIN in the process, so probably it is checking my business credentials too. FYI, I have HDFC Infinia, DCB and also Virtual Rupay CC. Still it is showing me these as approved.

Is GSTIN mandatory? I am self employed but don't have GSTIN and it does not let me proceed further with the application without this.

I have LTF Business Regalia. Talked to RM about Biz Black and was told that HDFC can give only one non co=branded card. He suggested that I go for upgrade for Business Regalia to Biz Black. Is it correct that I can't have both the cards ?

TBH, there is nothing like that in HDFC. RMs keep saying this, but it is at the discretion of their team. Try convincing your use case to their grievance and escalation email IDs for multiple cards.

Only premium customers are eligible for more than one core credit card.

Rare cases, some people got cards like intermiles which were upgraded to millenia after discontinue, even while they holding other core cards.

In my case (existing HDFC Savings account customer holding the TIMES Platinum CC), when I click on Apply Online and enter my registered phone number and DOB/PAN, followed by the OTP, it does not go to the next page at all. I have spoken to my RMs in the past and as per them the only way to get a core HDFC CC is for me to cancel my TIMES Platinum first. I don't want to do that because that card fulfills a very specific role quite well.
