I just got update to this topic and realized I also waiting for KYC. I also just now completed. Through net banking if chosen authenticate via Aadhar then it opens the same link that @Collector_sahab has shared.
When I completed my online KYC, I got service request id at the end. I can use this id to ask if my KYC in app remain pending by end of Monday.

@PRITAM_CARD @paresh22 Yes actually, this link was sent to me by my branch executive himself. Initially he wanted me to come to branch, but I stright away refused to, then he sent me this link.
Before getting this link I have tried through other links available on google and youtube, but none worked. So, I bookmarked this link for later use.😊
The HDFC bank's reference request numbers are very cryptic. I did KYC on Saturday. Then Monday evening got some reference number. I did not thought its related to KYC as I already got Service request ID on Saturday when completed online KYC. Also, I don't know how to track any service request number sent to me via SMS on HDFC bank website.
Today just now I received sms that said same reference number given to me on Monday has been processed successfully. I then opened HDFC mobile app and found my KYC status changed to "Y".
So it took like 3-4 days for them to process my KYC. Thank you @PRITAM_CARD for your continued help here.

Maybe I was lucky at that time.
Conclusion:
Update may take 5-7 working days so keep patience.

May be someone verifies the data manually and approves the request then only status is changed to Y. It all depends on how lazy your branch people are. 🙂
