I have paid my cc bill using HDFC bill pay + HDFC credit card on 11th May, Still rewards points not added to my account .

How many days will take to CB credited ?

HDFC bill pay + HDFC credit card ? you used hdfc bill pay and paid which credit card bill i hope i not HDFC cc, and use debit card option and not bank account if yes then in 1-2 working days at max it always get credited.

Apparently there was a delay from HDFC end, but it started crediting yesterday for everybody : https://www.technofino.in/community...ent-portal-and-get-1-cashback.879/post-207416

@PrabhuP check in transaction history if money is debited from Debit Card or Netbanking

Its HDFC BILL Pay + HDFC Mil DB and payment done to Non HDFC Bank CC.

Yes that is why some people moved to upgrading to easyshop platinum visa debit card which give cashback within 2-5 working days.

Similar query. First time user to pay bills via hdfc billpay platform. Added 2 credit cards. Paid bill after 24 hrs after card validation, 35k and 43k respectively on 4th July, using my visa platinum debit card. Haven't received reward points/ cashback in the redemption section of my debit card. How many days does it take now. The other posts in this thread are little old. And since I've not used billpay before, someone please guide. Thanks

dont include sat and sunday thats why you are geting impatient

Brother that's a 16th may 2023 post....btw cashback is still getting credited but depends on which bank CC you paid to. Few banks are not giving cashback.
