Guys this is a known issue.. it happens occasionally and gets fixed sooner or later..
Look at this mega thread when it happened last time.. and calm down….

DC section gone and under maintenance mode..
DCs are not appearing in the cards section..
They will be back in the morning or after weekend…chill

I can see debit card for cc billpay.
It's well known thing that debit card option become not available for sometime randomly, reward points not getting credited for a week, reward point redemption does not work also for a week time during month. So just wait for that functionality to be available again.

Had such erratic tinkering been from any PSU Bank, full-blown hell would have been right here.

Doing it repeatedly, makes it an accepted feature. Then, it evolves into USP.

HDFC has perfected this art.

Just now, I paid using debit card
