Hdfc billpay , credit card bill via a credit card ??

I saw while paying credit card bill of my axis credit card ,that we have option to pay bill via netbanking ,debit card and credit card of hdfc ?
Has anyone used it
What the charges ?

Aise hi lalchane ke liye likha hai bhai select karne pe this payment method isnt allowed aisa error aa jaega

In indusind app billpay u get that option to pay via linked indusind cc and even OTP comes and txn gets successful but cc billpay fails and refund comes to card after 3-4 days
