HDFC Biz Black Points Transfer Issue

There is portal error from HDFC BANK, while trying to transfer biz black points to partner membership account not able to transfer points. hdfc 360 concierge not able to resolve the issue.

this will cause error for transfer of point to accor on 28th/7/24

anybody with same issue???

AFAIK, Accor is not a transfer partner for Biz Black. I don't have the card (planning to get one) so others who have the card can confirm

AFAIK, Intermiles, Krisflyer and Vistara.

You also have Smartbuy for direct redemption.

But the smartbuy portal doesn't have an option to select bizblack on the privileges tab

Only offers that are available are under Biz Offers option under dropdown of privileges tab. They have a rewards catalogue and all. Nothing exciting though!

For redeeming as miles, only options seems to be available is thru HDFC netbanking (though I personally haven't tried).

Anyone who has been able to convert BizBlack RPs into miles?
