HDFC BIZ for salaried individual

I recently got my application applied through branch and there were pre-approved offers for hdfc biz cards and the bank rep processed with biz grow, is there a reason i was offered these cards being a salaried individual?
The application status shows approved while checking on their tracking page
Would i be getting the amazon voucher offer because this is a paid card
And what's the update route to getting regalia/DCB from this

Bank employee processed the application from the public apply portal afaik, she must have used her reference code because of it I'll also lose the 2700 rs amazon voucher joining benefit

I do have a savings account with HDFC and salaried was selected in the profile section of net banking

If you’re salaried what use do you have with biz grow???
Get another card…. If you’re pre approved for biz card then apply online for another card like millennia…. Most likely it’ll get approved….

As mentioned by some others, for salaried users, rather than Biz CC, it may be better to get one of personal cards from HDFC.

Biz cards have certain benefits, like rewards on tax payments, longer interest free cycle, etc., but if you aim to earn better rewards on non-business spends, regular cards in longer run would always be better.

Try to get DCB metal, if not possible then Regalia Gold, and if still not possible then Millenia.
