HDFC Card application

I applied for SWIGGY Card and Tata neu infinity.
I always get same email saying since i am exisitng card holder i can apply for limit enhancement and the application is on hold.

I had indian oil and then took virtual rupay card on it. Closed indian oil in a month and it's been 4 months since i closed indian oil card but the rupay card is active.
Now i am unable to apply for any new cards and always get the same email from them.

I am also a savings account holder and have a savings max account with them.

can anyone help?

Don't apply directly from HDFC Portal for co branded cards. Apply via Tata Neu app & Swiggy app for card approval.

applied tata neu via tata neu app and swiggy via hdfc but both have same response from bank

Close rupay card also and then apply for tata neu or swiggy.. choose wisely.. and if you want to apply for both cards then first apply for core hdfc card and then apply for tata neu and swiggy

Send a mail to tataneucardsupport@hdfcbank.com stating their FAQ section which allows customer to apply for Neucard even though he is an existing HDFC customer.

Ask them to resume the application process on the basis of this rule.
