HDFC CC approval rectrated

I was getting an upgrade offer on my HDFC cc I emailed HDFC asking to make it LTF, and they replied that they are willing to do it. After my consent, I got an email saying they can offer only FYF, but I have written confirmation that they agreed to give me an LTF upgrade. Currently, I have mailed PNO regarding the same. Does this case stand for RBI Ombudsman? If required, just asking as the bank has given confirmation earlier.

Most probably pno will acknowledge the LTF status if you have confirmation proof of LTF from their side.

Forget it and grab it fyf, they will never give you atlast you have to get infinia, so move on asap. I am waiting for getting an upgrade to infinia from last 2 years but unfortunately got upgraded to dcbm till now.

Need to write "LTF status" in the title.

I initially thought (ignoring spelling) that given card is taken back from him.

Because "retracted" meaning "withdrawn". Normally apply when things already provided/published but later taken back.

Hope some senior moderator notice that to rectify title.
