I had an online application for Hdfc Credit Card. I have completed the entire online application, and it has resulted in a CIBIL enquiry. Now, when I enquired to PNO Desk, they are saying that the application is not completed and are telling me to apply fresh through Branch.
I have completed the application though. I wrote back to them to remove my CIBIL enquiry, as it was their systems fault which did not properly capture my application. They responded back ( not mentioned anything about CIBIL ) but told me that the application was incomplete.
This is an utter waste of CIBIL enquiry. I had completed the application. The last step was to enter last 4 digits of my existing credit card; and OTP. After that, the Application ID had generated.
Can I write to the RBI BO to get the CIBIL enquiry removed ? If yes, pls suggest what/ how to write
