However, I accidentally checked my account today and was surprised to see that my primary card limit has been increased to ₹50L and my RuPay virtual credit card limit to ₹20L."

How is it possible? (Is it due to Technical problem)

It was technical glitch, they rolled back, now it's 2.3L(officered limit)

Requested credit limit enhancement by send payment slip and ITR to Cards Services customerservices.cards@hdfcbank.com
They refused then I forwarded it to grievance redressal of HDFC using ICICI cc 2.6L , axis 2.87L ,payslip and ITR. Then they offered 2.3L.

Conclusion It was technical glitch 🥲

May I know how did you get the limit increased? To which mail you sent the salary slips and ITR?
