I applied for a LTF diners priveilage credit card with my second number as i already have an existing LTF millenia card, i could not complete video kyc as the kyc agent said details are mismatch, on reporting this to the grievance team they said my application was incomplete and asked me to send one pager application with income and id proof, i sent these to the chennai address, post which an agent came to my residence for offline biometric identification which was successful, now no idea whether the document is being referred to or not while the online application tracker says its IN PROCESS, its like hdfc is treating customers like beggars, not even one agent reached out to confirm whether the documents are fine or not, anyone faced similar experience ?
