HDFC credit card application not processed further

I have applied for hdfc credit card in June month, still the application is in inprocess status.
After escalating to bank in July they said some documents are missing and asked to submit in nearest branch or to courier to Chennai address.
I have submitted them in my nearest branch and again there is no response from them.
What to do in this case.
Unable to speak with CC unless customer id, pathetic bank and service.

Write a mail to PriorityRedressal.CreditCards@hdfcbank.com
And ask them to intimate the status as you have submitted the necessary documents .
