Hdfc credit card blocked due to betting use

My hdfc credit card was blocked for using it in some betting sites since then It gets rejected when every I reapply for a new card.
Is there any way I can get a new card without fail? Can my account/profile get removed from black list or anything.
Please help if any1 has any knowledge

Despite many efforts (including writing to RBIO), HDFC may not disclose their internal reasons - nor periodicity of ban. Banks have that freedom of not disclosing some/related info.

Ignore n avoid HDFC. Forever.
