Wanted to know the timeline to change the billing cycle for the HDFC credit card
I have submitted the request 15 days before but nothing as changed

Usually customer care people only would do. Where did you submit the request?

I used to call customer care and ask them to change the billing cycle and usually, it happens over the call immediately if I recall correctly.
