Hdfc now charging 3 percent plus gst for emi cancellation now cancellation is removed and only emi foreclosure is being charged for all credit card emi's

Confirm what i tried everything now emi cancellation not possible on hdfc credit card until refund received from merchant end

The trick here is to add 2 products when ordering and cancel secondary product before the product is shipped or dispatched and once the EMI is converted, you will see a partial refund, call the customer care and mention you want to cancel the whole EMI.

Make sure that secondary product has >10% price of the targeted product as HDFC requires >10% amount to be refunded from merchant in order to cancel the whole EMI.
