HDFC Credit Card LTF issue

So Lately HDFC has been spaming me with LTF offer with Money back plus CC.
I got a lot of Messages, WhatsApp and Mails with LTF offer, at Net banking as well it said LTF.
So after I applied for the same, but now they're saying it's a "price card".
I feel cheated. It even showed only for you "0" fees while applying.
What should i do? Is there any way to complain? Customer care saying they can't do anything. It's not upto them.
Any mail id of higher authority?

Just follow up after 3 months.. and send this mail if they say anything stupid.
This should be enough.

If you're worried you can reply asking them to confirm that the card will be converted to LTF unconditionally. But that's not really required.

Facing a similar issue. It show me 0 charges but this month they charged the annual fee. After getting my card i had swapped it from visa to rupay varient and have also spent 70k in past 3 months. Have sent the same to their customer support. Lets see what happens
