can u chk when u got the remaining 5x, does it say which month? It should be like 5x_bonus_may25 or _jun25 something like that and compare with the transction date.

If these are multiple products, cancel some of them and order on another day to hit monthly capping of 4000 bonus points

If you used RG directly on Myntra, there's a capping of 5k/month
