HDFC RP Credit schedule is programmed such that if you did a txn on Day T then on T+2 you receive the Base RPs (1x) & on Day T+3 you receive the bonus rps (in this case 4x).

Rest of the 5x will be credited after 90 days as mentioned in the T&c

What does it show in statement & email?
When did you do the txn?
Where are you checking the points on NetBanking or Statement?
If statement, when did the statment get generated?

As per my calculations, PZ smartbuy transactions done after 14dec are already reflecting with accelerated bonus points. These include both 5x and 10x points. Only for the specific myntra transactions, I have got normal points only.

Is it showing Myntra via Smartbuy in Txn email and NetBanking statement?

10x points haven't come uptil now for anyone for the Myntra transaction only 5x have come remaining 5x will be coming in 90 days
