HDFC credit card offer confusion

Recently I have opened HDFC Savings account and closed my Tata neu Plus CC to get pre-approved core card offers. But today I opened HDFC app and saw this:



Am I getting Pre approved card offers already?
I tried to open this: But then I encountered this problem:


It's showing password invalid.
So am I getting Pre approved hdfc offer already? Or I they will reject my application as a haven't crossed the cooling down period of 6 month.

Those are not always new credit card offer. Sometimes they show some garbage banners.

Yeah! I opened net banking from browser and couldn't find any mail/ messages from HDFC. But in app I can see it. May be just some Glitch

Even with my valid password, it doesn't show me any card. 😁 I had same message in app inbox.

It's nothing. Just a banner. I also got confused. There is nothing inside all garbage. Better skip. If there is anything important they will send you email.

Now I am worried tomorrow again my RM will call and disturb me because I checked the offers page.

No. It's mostly pre-approved insta loan on credit card that sort of offers.

It just works. I closed my Tata Neu Plus FYF credit card in July and, in the meantime, got a virtual RuPay card and a Swiggy card. Later, I closed the virtual RuPay card and recently obtained a Tata Neu Plus LTF card this month.

Do note that only the last tata neu was applied via hdfc website. Virtual was from mycards. First tata neu was from tata neu app and Swiggy card from Swiggy app.

No other relation, applied directly on website

you might to replace the card. Try again using correct format ( small & capital letters ) . Otherwise ignore / dispose HDFC .

Looks like they're now allowing to hold multiple cards. Same message for me and it opens too.
