HDFC Credit Card payment reversed.

Hi,
My HDFC BizBlack statement was generated on 07th November, 2024. I made the payment using Payzapp on 08th November, 2024. The payment went through successfully. But on 11th November, I received the amount back into my account.
Tried calling the helpline, but they were not aware of the reason. Anyone else faced the same issue?

I have PayZapp as my primary payment application and BHIM as secondary UPI payment application.
I have debit card, UPI credit card and Visa credit card linked to PayZapp.

I use debit card payment mode in PayZapp to pay off credit card bill.
- Get Rs.11 equivalent as cash back sometimes
- Make a good transaction entry in debit card which helps in debit card transaction history.
I use credit card to pay off other bills where ever fees is lower than my points earned.
I use Rupay Credit card for UPI payments in Payzapp.
