I received a preapproved offer for an HDFC CSC Small Business Moneyback Credit Card with lifetime free benefits. I already have a Business Moneyback Card. Should I accept or reject this offer? What are the advantages and disadvantages of this card?

if I accept this card is there any disadvantage in future like not getting millennia card or etc cards?

i also have business moneyback credit card and i got csc small business moneyback preapproved offer i got call from bank and they said it is lifetime free and rupay card so i applied for upi use and i got card
