HDFC DCP or Millenia

Hello experts,
Currently I hold HDFC DCP(LTF) and Tata neu Infinity (LTF). I would like to upgrade my DCP to Millennia LTF but grievance team offering Millennia as FYF only. Is it possible to convert it as LTF in future days like Tataneu cards by mailing grievance or escalation team? What are the chances? Is anybody converted paid Millennia card into LTF in recent days?
I like cash back cards compare to reward points based cards. The reason for my interest in this card are
1. Smartbuy 5% +1% direct cash back.
2. Double dip if there is a sale on Amazon/Flipkart for HDFC bank (10% discount + 5% cash back).
3. I think 1 lakh milestone for fee reversal can be achieved in current scenario but I like LTF cards.
4. 1% cash back for wallet loading and EMI transaction. (I have IDFC Wealth and Amazon pay ICCI card for wallet loading).
5. HDFC doesn't charge reward redemption fee for statement credit but they charge 99 Rs + GST for product purchase and voucher purchase. There is exemption for few on Diners reward portal.
Is it worth to convert LTF HDFC DCP to FYF Millennia card? I don't need International lounge access. I have many other cards for movie offers. Not a frequent flight traveller. I may get LTF Millennia if I close my existing HDFC cards based on my employer/salary account but I don't want to close my LTF Tata Neu infinity card.

My current card collection
SBI Cash back (Paid) and Simply click (LTF)
HDFC DCP (LTF) and Tata Neu Infinity (LTF)
Axis Ace (Paid), Indian oil (LTF) and My zone (LTF)
Amazon Pay ICICI (LTF), MMT and Coral Rupay (LTF)
Indusind Legend (LTF) and Easy diner Signature (LTF)
IDFC Wealth (LTF)
RBL Bajaj Super card (Every year fee reversal by retention team), Shoprite (LTF) and Paisabazaar duet (LTF)
Yes Select (LTF)
Please advise. Point out if anything written wrong. Welcome for your suggestions.

I currently have LTF millennia diner club cc. I have a salary account in HDFC and this was my first hdfc card. It was a pre approved offer, got within 2 months of opening a salary account.

I think it's a very good CB card if you spend most of the money in their partner brand (Amazon, Flipkart, Zomato, swiggy) and take advantage of their 5% CB. I also use smartbuy to book travel tickets, vouchers as they usually have 5% CB offers on those too.

As you mentioned, if you think 1L spends PA is achievable and can get fee waiver then you can go for it even if it's FYF
