I too have LTF DCB, upgrade to metal DCB showing in netbanking. Not taken the plunge yet.
But have sent forms for Infinia Upgrade FYF, but don’t have much spends on dcb though. Doubtful they’ll agree for it if spends are criteria.
If they don’t give in then I will consider metal DCB .

Will ltf dcb be converted into dcb metal ltf ?
I’ll try push them for LTF DCB Metal if FYF Infinia doesn’t go through.
But can’t really say whether they will agree with it. Time will tell

Yes, using dcb since jan 2023.
Anyway to know the card number before delivery ?
Also will spends which are transferred to new card be counted for milestone of new card or will they be counted for old card.
Old card is showing 0 outstanding and all outstanding is transferred to new card.

Continue using your old card until you receive the new one. The old one will automatically get deactivated once you activate the new card. All milestones and RPs will get transferred to the new card account. Card payments due on the old card can be paid to the new card post activation.
All this is possible because for HDFC a card upgrade from an old card to a new one is automatically handled as a single account internally to ease the transition.

Actually I have a spend of 2lakh lined up on sunday and want to spend it for the 4lakh per quater milestone of dbc metal, currently old card at 50k spends.
If somehow this spends could be done on my new card (before I receive it ) I would be tension free.
Card is shipped and in Mumbai from last 1-2 days, expecting a delay in physical delivery.
Will surely do share the pics once received.
Basically my bill will be generated on 6th nov.
Want to know that the spends this sunday will be considered for the 80k milestone or the 4lakh milestone.
