I have the card I'll test it tomorrow i used to think it's a bekar card I'm worried that i don't remember if i even activated it or not, abhi tak vo apne envelope mein paper pe pasted hi pada hai

Nothing is 100% sure. I think it's worth taking the risk. Even for other bill payment, BPCL, irctc etc. worth taking the risk.

Some may have to sacrifice free ka Khana at airports.
