I have taken HDFC easyshop rupay platinum debit card from HDFC against my Saving Max Account after closing visa platinum. I am confused will teh debit card be free or chargeable as branch person told it may be chargeable but he is not sure. Can anyone provide me info whether easyshop rupay platinum debit card free for Saving Max Account

Except Paytm cc bill payments where you not able to use Mastercard tell me don't misguide others..
Last time @Strange said, cheq doesn't allow mastercard debit cards (But ya later we come to know its bank specific problem)

2nd thing is that no premium offers for Mastercard Platinum debit card holders. Visa Platinum sometimes offer Visa Platinum specific offer but what about Mastercard Platinum DC ?

Please check mastercard website for offering list.

RuPay Platinum debit card offer 100 off on 500 per month on Amazon add money and also swiggy food order offer.

Both are different card variant.

HDFC Bank have 2 types of Easyshop platinum debit card, both card naming are same -

1) Easyshop Platinum debit card - available in RuPay/Visa network - charges Rs200+GST or free for selected accounts (No 1% cashback offer on this variant).

You can check this lower variant Easyshop Visa Platinum debit card here but since, higher variant Visa card was launched, this lower variant card is now discontinued - https://www.hdfcbank.com/personal/pay/cards/debit-cards/easyshop-debit-card

You will see both Visa/RuPay card limits are same ATM withdrawal limits: Rs. 25,000, Daily Domestic Shopping limits: Rs. 2.75 lacs.

2) Easyshop Platinum debit card - available in Visa/mastercard network - charges Rs750+GST or free for selected accounts (this card offer 1% cashback on HDFC billpay).

I guess in future, if HDFC bank launch higher variant RuPay Platinum debit card then HDFC bank will discontinued lower variant RuPay Platinum debit card.

This higher variant card also have higher limits - Daily Domestic Shopping limits: Rs. 5 lacs, Daily Domestic ATM withdrawal limits: Rs. 1 lac.
Is this still the same?
