So I randomly received an update on WhatsApp about the issuance of this policy HDFC ERGO Cyber Sachet Insurance out of nowhere without even signing up or even looking at it and it's valid until next year. I'm wondering how and why am I getting this insurance without buying?

I do hold Infinia Metal and also a SmartVypar account holder (this was recent change). Anyone has any idea what this could be linked to and why it's being issued?
