HDFC escalation after PNO

Hi, i have a money back card 2 years old, got it pre approved with only 50k limit, i want to upgrade my card to DCB or at least regalia.. I have tried every thing from grievance to pno.. they rejected for dcb then i ask for regalia they rejected that also, so i think i will ask for limit enhancement first, then i will ask for upgrade.. they even rejected that. Now they are saying to make a FD if i want to upgrade my card, I don't know why salary wise i'm eligible for DCB have other cards with high limit tried sending card statement as well.. They are not accepting that as well..

If anyone know escalations after PNO please let me know.. i cant find those MD and Mr. parag rao office desk mails online. So if anyone has that please provide that, it would help me a lot.. as i'm trying for more than 1 month now for upgrade. Thanks.

HDFC has been rejecting my wife's credit card application since the last 1+ year and I am frustrated with their policy.
No reason is specified and after successful VKYV, address verification and all other things, finally they say application rejected.
I have written to PNO one last time and after this I am planning to register a complaint with RBIO.
 
What's the update guys did you got your card upgraded?

Hdfc has rejected my upgrade request twice, salary wise I am eligible for DCB but still they are denying. Escalated till PNO level but no luck.

Will sending physical upgrade documents to Chennai will work?
 
No, you should not stop emailing until they upgrade.
PNO is not replying now to my emails,
Where should I escalate it further ?

If I escalate it to PNO then Priority Redressal will reply and takes the request and after few days they say we have reviewed your application and we'll not be able to upgrade it for now

I kindly request you to provide the specific reason(s) for the rejection of my credit card application at the earliest possible.

if its a complaint then we have alternative route that after 30 days, RBIO. But here it is a request and its upto them when they accept or not. Do not reply to them 2nd time (Based on personal experience) instead escalate to next level.

I usually convey them that "thats not my request means, what I wanted ..." do that type of things which usually extended 2 weeks. Don't do that, if they do not understand, leave it and escalate.
 
Send email to grievance.redressalcc@hdfcbank.com. Mention that pno is not responding and show your dissatisfaction

It is becoming tom and jerry with hdfc 😂 will not stop untill I get upgraded

when I had 'preferred banking', I sent mail directly to 'creditcard services' because it is related to credit card query.

But surprisingly, 'preferred banking' picks that mail and say will respond after 1 day and after 1 day respond as 'since it is credit card related, we forward to credit card team, wait for their response', who responds after 2 working days.

Its waste of 3 days because its always 'preferred banking' picks those mail but never respond but only forward. 🙂

its always like that in hdfc.

I always stop emailing to grievance.redressalcc@hdfcbank.com then Priority Redressal. Priority redressal takes too much time but I never stopped emailing until I get my floater Swiggy LTF credit card
