- Received response: Offer to increase credit limit, subject to internal review, bringing the total limit to just under 2L.
- Replied: Confirmed consent for the proposed limit increase and requested necessary processing.
- Credit limit increased. Acknowledged query regarding card upgrade to Millennia was under review and assured priority resolution.
- Bank updated: Millennia card upgrade available with pricing details (First Year Free, Renewal Fee: ₹1000+ GST with waiver on ₹1L annual spend). Requested confirmation for pricing, product features, and consent for CIBIL check. Required latest income proof for review.
- Sent confirmation and provided requested details except income proof (not available as a student).
- Also asked for upgrade from Neu Plus to Infinity but was denied.
- Received SMS: Millennia card approved. No CIBIL enquiry.
