HDFC Global Value Program (GVP) is expired now?

I was looking for details on GVP to enroll for my upcoming international trip and found this. This is the only official place where anything about GVP was detailed as far as I know.

Also, once activated for the primary, does it work for the add ons as well (now that the add ons have different numbers)??

How long does it take to get activated?
I am going out in early June and would like to activate it before that.

It would help only if you have Infinia.

DCB has really bad acceptance rate and it's better to have Visa/Master ready because that's what you will be using mostly.

Not really. If you have Regalia you can activate it and eliminate the forex charges basically

Sorry, I missed Regalia. The rewards ratio isn't the best with Regalia so I only think in terms of DCB and Infinia.

Obviously you get better rewards with those cards but not everyone can get those cards.
With GVP you can make the most of your existing cards.

I got it activated 4 days back by calling the Infinia Priority desk. They said it would take 48 hours to activate and cost 199 for 1 year. 2 days layer I got a message saying GVP has been activated.

Yes they are... just for your info some CC guys are clueless about GVP so you need to retry by calling again

No idea but if you get hold of some knowledgeable CC Guy then you are in luck

Why has HDFC always been so secretive about this program? This is a major USP for all of their premium cards.

Just called .. its still being activated.. and said it will work on the add ons as well.
