Hdfc GyFTR cashback issue

I bought Myntra vouchers worth 10k + 10k (2 txn) on GyFTR using hdfc millenia which should give 5% upto 1k per month cb on 31st of October.
Then I bought 10k worth of vouchers on 1st November but total cashback posted in statement was 500 + 500 + 2 on 3rd of October. Why 2rs instead of 500 can anyone suggest if I've missed something?

cashback calculated monthly basis and posted within 1st week of following month and available to view in that following month statement.
