I got it automatically last week and proceeded to upgrade my swiggy account to swiggy one for 12 months, My wife also received 3 Months for her DCB and i added to the same account so In total got 15 Months added.

You can get Regular spend RP even buying from Invent and no cost emi

I am not sure of Offline stores but we do get 5x rp's for no cost emi buying through smartbuy imaginestore. Invent is an apple authorised offline dealer, I saw a poster there last year from hdfcbank showing the benefits of using hdfc card. You can check.
