HDFC Infinia Credit Card is Decline

I applied for HDFC CC upgrade from DCB to Infinia offline a month back after discussion with my RM. After 2 weeks, she told that everything is approved and it will be reaching me within a week, however, there had been no message/emails until 2 days back when I received a message:
"Your HDFC Bank Credit Card application No.XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX has been processed. Track status after 2 days here " with a link.

However when I logged into the link, it says "Card is DECLINE". There are no mails/or other communications.
I checked with my RM and she told that it can't be a DECLINE as everything was approved and she had no clue why it is disapproved.

What should I do? Can anyone recommend?

I got mine last week with 2.6 L salary credit. Holding an Imperia account, ~10 L spends in past 8 months.
My existing DCB CL was 6 L only and was not meeting the 8L criteria.

You guys are lucky, My RM simply says she cant help for ugrade or limit enhancement if it is not offered automatically thru an SMS or an eMail.

It's not about luck actually. For manual card upgrade, you need high spends on existing card (for example, ~7.5L spends in last 6months for Infinia) and for limit increase, you need salary increase in payslip/ITR.

I have Regalia Gold like a decent spends of around 5 to 6 L in the last 6 months and as per the pay slips I do come under the criteria for it as earlier not the new criteria
