HDFC Infinia - no reward points on electricity bills

Not getting reward points on electricity bill payments from last 2-3 bill cycles on HDFC Infinia CC. Anyone having same issue?

But Infinia card site showing benefits to the users does not show that such facility is not available now

I won't be surprised that Infinia doesn't rewards on electricity bills because I certainly don't get any RPs on Maharashtra e-challan payments. Most discoms are government enterprises.
