Hdfc infiniti program

Is there a way that we can ask for Infini status upgrade through RM etc.? I have Imperia + Infinia + salary account relation from last 4-5 years (Account 25+ yrs old) with CC transaction of 20+ lacs

I have been having salaried account with hdfc since 2016.
Last two years i have been maintain decent balance but below 2-3lakhs on an average per month.
I have 2.5L per month salary getting credit in last year.
Car loan emi is 16k and two years left out of 5 years.
I don't use debit card much.
For four years i had moneyback+ credit card with 40k limit and i wasn't even getting any offers even with imperia banking.
Recently around 6 months back i got milenia with 7.5lakhs limit.

I have accepted the program last Friday but so far nothing has changed and I'm still in imperia.

Apart from this i have linked my mother's account last year and she has maintained around 5-6lakhs for a year and now it's under 2lakhs.

Have a discussion with BM/RM. If all in sync, than go ahead.

infinti is manually approved by regional/zonal head...Pls let us know whether you get approval or not. Maybe invite is sent by mistake but it might not get approved or downgraded.

What's hdfc inifiniti banking program.
I got an invite for the same and it's surprising that I'm getting it.

It is from mail address ending with hdfcbank.com.

I don't think I'm eligible for it but I'm an imperia customer since few years.

Is it a legit invite and if yes what are the benefits I would get and will I get infinia?

If anything there link is the only thing that has a chance of working rest all is wrong

Am not new to hdfc. It is that fraud should not happen that is why i said show the email if it is genuine email or not that is all. Most of the services have detoriated what i had seen in 2000. I mostly dont trust sales as they say one thjng and escape or leave hdfc before you know. Taking insurance and ulip is just a sales target thet they want to co.plete that is why person who got the email stating will get infinia. Not worth taking card that way.

If not for infinity, atleast ask them for Imperia tag. There is nothing special about Preferred and Imperia other than getting unwanted attention of RMs.
But if that gives us some happiness, why not ask for it?

I'm already an imperia customer and I know it's useless so far.
