Today I have received a call from HDFC Bank Landline number .They said that are you looking for credit limit enhancement or card upgrade?And said that My KYC is not updated for the credit card.They halfly told the policy is need to be updated .As this is KYC update call and they haven't asked about any details like Pan or Aadhar so I said okay........Then some personal number called and verified everything and she assured that Limit will be enhanced or Card will be upgraded.Then asked me a OTP.That OTP was from Aditya Birla Insurance.After telling the OTP,she was asking for CVV and expiry indirectly.She said my full card number .She already knows the full card number.Then I received a message from Aditya Birla insurance to click the link to pay the premium and she also told it is mandatory...........then I cut the call and again received from another man and called my branch credit card department and asked is that true ?they are telling like this...Then he said no....They are selling this to every card holding customer....So he adviced not to opt for this as they are selling the product without our knowledge.....
