HDFC is giving Swiggy Credit card as Life Time Free

Hello guys,
A good news here. HDFC Bank is now giving Swiggy Credit Card Life Time Free.
My father doesn't have any bank's credit card and in his account today this offer popped up.
Offer valid till 31st August 2024. Here is the offer screenshot...

There is a scam going on by HDFC X Swiggy. So I got a LTF Swiggy HDFC card and it's still visible as LTF card in the Swiggy app. But HDFC charged fee in 4th month statement. When I complained they emailed that its chargeable. Planning to report to RBI? Any other suggestions.

If you have a screenshot of the LTF offer simply email grievance redressal with the screenshot and ask them to reverse charges
