I received the mail yesterday and today that I am eligible for LTF HDFC CC but whe. I apply it says you do not have any pre-approved offer

It's just a financial year end promotion email, most of them get it, when applying it validates the actual status, in my case just got tata neu last month, so it's not allowing me to apply again.

Clearly a spend based waiver which is there for everyone. Need to repeat 4L every year
