I paid via HDFC billpay.. I did not get any cashback. Then I only I saw this post.. I have much left to pay... If hdfc billpay is not rewarding any more, would SBI unipay cc bill pay hdfc platinum debit card reward 1% cb?

Sometimes it took 7 days in the past to get reward points. So have patience.

Circular, which states that cc bill payments won't fetch reward points, people are still getting RP on CC payments? have anyone recieved RP for CC payments after 10th August, the date of this circular issued?

If you use HDFC billpay, then you won't earn points. However, other portals are working absolutely fine, search in forum. You will find everything about them.
