just 15 days back bought Amazon GV and a statement was also generated and got 0% Cashback on 2 txn of 500Rs and 1000Rs.

HDFC follows monthly billing cycle for Millennia credit card. If you have done transaction 15 days ago which will be 5/6th April then reward points for this transaction will be credited in the first week of May.

If your transaction month is April then those points will be reflected in May 1st week. But those points will be available to redeem only after your May month statement.
